Before You Book

What types of journeys do you offer?
We offer two types of gastronomic expeditions:

  • Private Group Journeys: Bespoke, tailor-made journeys for your own group of friends, family, or colleagues. You choose the dates, and we design the itinerary around your interests.

  • Seasonal Expeditions: Pre-planned, small-group journeys open to individual travellers. These follow the rhythm of the Spanish harvest – from truffle hunting in autumn to paella by the sea in summer.

How large are your groups?
Our groups are small and exclusive, typically 6–13 guests. This ensures a personal, immersive experience for everyone.

Can I book a private journey for my own group?
Absolutely. We specialise in bespoke private journeys for groups of friends, families, or corporate teams. Contact us to discuss your requirements, and we will create a journey tailored to your group.

What is included in the price?
Your package includes:

  • Accommodation in exclusive, private properties

  • All meals as specified in the itinerary, prepared by your private chef

  • Private transfers from Valencia (or another agreed meeting point)

  • All activities and experiences listed in the programme

  • The services of your personal guide (Elin) throughout the journey

Flights to and from Spain are not included unless otherwise stated.

Do I need to speak Spanish?
Not at all. Your guide speaks fluent English and Swedish, and all activities are conducted in English or Swedish. Local experts and guides speak Spanish and English.

Is the journey suitable for solo travellers?
Yes. Many of our guests travel solo and join our seasonal expeditions. It is a wonderful way to meet like-minded people who share a passion for food, wine, and authentic travel.

What is the minimum age for your journeys?
Our journeys are designed for adults. However, we can accommodate families with older children on private group journeys. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
