My passion for Spanish culture led me to San Sebastián, the gastronomic capital of the world. There, I worked as a specialized tour guide, leading intimate groups on pintxo crawls, wine tastings, and cooking classes. I learned how to bring the stories of the food to life, connecting people with the local culture through authentic flavour.

In 2012, I co-founded and managed a restaurant in Valencia that quickly rose to become the #1 ranked restaurant on Tripadvisor. This experience taught me the importance of quality, consistency, and creating memorable moments around a table.

In 2021, I founded and have since been managing one of Sweden’s most exclusive glamping retreats, a role that has honed my skills in luxury hospitality, operations, and creating bespoke outdoor experiences

With 20+ years of experience in the tourism business, I handpick every detail of your journey, from the private chef to the local experts who will share their knowledge. My goal is simple: to offer you an authentic, stress-free, and deeply memorable experience.
